If something doesn’t go as promised, we’ll review it fairly and do our best to make things right — whether that means a replacement session, a course credit, or a partial/full refund.


2. When You Can Request a Refund

You can ask for a refund if:

  • You paid for a service but never received access or a confirmed session.
  • A technical issue or scheduling error on our side stopped your tutoring from taking place.
  • The service delivered doesn’t match what was clearly described at the time of purchase.
  • You cancel within the valid refund window for your selected plan (see below).

Each refund request is reviewed individually, but here are our general timelines:

  • One-time tutoring sessions: Cancel at least 24 hours before the session for a full refund.
  • Multi-session packages: Refund available for unused sessions within 7 days of purchase.
  • Digital materials or downloads: Non-refundable once accessed or delivered.

3. When Refunds Don’t Apply

We can’t issue refunds if:

  • You change your mind after a completed session or course.
  • You miss a scheduled session without prior notice.
  • You fail to meet the tech or login requirements on your side.
  • The request is made after the eligible refund window has passed.

We always try to be fair, so if there’s a unique situation, email us — we’ll review it with care.


4. How to Request a Refund

It’s simple:

  1. Email refunds@takemyteasexamforme.us with your full name, payment reference, and reason for the request.
  2. We’ll confirm receipt within 24 hours and start the review.
  3. If approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank or card provider).

We’ll also send you a confirmation email when your refund is completed.


5. Course Credits & Rescheduling

If you prefer, we can issue course credit instead of a cash refund.
Credits never expire and can be used for future tutoring or study sessions.
You can also reschedule a missed session once at no extra cost if you contact us at least 12 hours before your scheduled time.


6. Fair Use

We believe in honesty and transparency on both sides. Refunds are meant to protect students from genuine issues, not to replace completed or partially used services.
We track delivery logs, tutor records, and communication history to make sure every case is handled fairly.
